Sierra Family Scholarship

The Sierra Family Scholarship is awarded to students who graduate from Miami Coral Park Senior High School and enroll in a public, accredited two- or four-year college or university. The scholarship is named after María and Horacio Sierra and their family. The couple dedicated their careers to improving the lives of Miami's youth by teaching at Coral Park and coaching at Tamiami Park and with the Miami Mini-Canes softball organization. Coral Park is a Title I school with a majority-Hispanic student, teacher, and staff population.
